Measuring Instructions
Before beginning, read the guidelines below and then compare your measurements to the charts above. For the best fit, wear little or no clothing while measuring, and use a flexible fabric tape measure. Keep in mind that our garments are made of ‘stretch’ fabric and therefore each garment will conform to your body’s natural shape when worn. If you prefer a looser styled garment, we suggest you buy one size up on your usual size as our garments sit quite snug on skin.
Women
Bust: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, place your arms by your sides to measure.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably close to your skin
Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Men
Neck: Measure around the base of your neck
Chest: Wrap the tape around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keep the tape comfortably close to your skin.
