If your order is available in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of your deposit being received and cleared. PayPal and Telegraphic Transfer clearance is immediate. Credit Card, PayPal E-Cheques, or Direct Deposit to our bank account may take up to 3 working days to clear.

Australian Orders

Your orders will be delivered domestically via the quickest method available. Freight is free of charge Australia wide. We use Express Post or Express Courier for a speedy delivery that is also easy to track. If the destination is in capital city delivery usually takes 1 day from dispatch date. Please allow up to 3 working days for remote destinations. Postage is free of charge Australia wide.

International Orders

We use FEDEX as our freight forwarder for international destinations. FEDEX is the quickest method and will usually arrive in your country for customs clearance within 2-3 days. At the time of shipping, you will be quoted a tracking number which can be used to track every step of your delivery.

Delivery takes 7-14 days from dispatch date to arrive at the final destination. If you are located within the United States Of America your order will arrive domestically, via our USA warehouse.

Countries outside the USA please note that your local customs office MAY hold parcels for periods up to three weeks before it is released for delivery to you.
